I never heard of 3022 until it came out on Netflix I can say I was pleasantly surprised. This movie was limited in its special effects so it tried heard to make up for it by making it a character-driven sci-fi flick and it succeeds more often than it fails. Good performances by Omar Epps and Kate Walsh while Angus Macfadyen carries much of the movie before his character dies. The Earth violently exploding looked scary realistic to me. The crew discuss a couple of possible reasons why it happened but I would have liked more definitive information on what happened. A decent film that kept my attention to the end.
