You don't need to watch any other Marvel-related movies in order to watch Morbius 2022. I don't think Morbius 2022 deserved such low ratings. It's old school for sure but it's still knocked my shocks off. Even though the main character is well known as Spiderman's supervillain or anti-hero at some points, I believe that any non-spiderman affocionado will still be able to enjoy this film.
