The book is wonderful! If you want a glimpse of what to expect, check out Matt's presentation to the team at Google. The book takes it all to the next level. I believe the book should be compulsory reading for EVERY mathematics teacher. Next time students ask "Where are we going to use this in the real world?" You can simply read out sections from Matt's book and return service to students "How will you survive in the real world without Mathematics?" BTW - Once you finish this book, and you will ... check out Matt's other book: "Love Triangle". That's Christmas shopping done for anyone that has even the slightest interest in mathematics.
