What an incredible film! Peter Jackson is a genius to say the least. The LOTR films are my favorite films of all time and Jackson doesn't disappoint with the Hobbit series. -Acting- 5/5 All wonderful, there wasn't a moment while watching this where I though "oh right- they are acting, *sigh." Nope, solid all the way through. Music- 5/5 phenomenal, I love that they use music from the original LOTR films. Effects/CGI- 5/5 Characters 5/5 All the scenes with Smaug had me on the edge of my seat. Probably the most epic dragon I've ever seen in film/tv (cgi, voice, movement.)
