I'm not sure, as I have just watched a film called Toast. Loosely based on his life as a young boy. Losing his Mothrr at a young age. His Father falling into the clothes of the cleaner with an Obsessive compulsive need to be the best cleaner and Cook...one such person Nigel's Mother never was. But she was a well meaning Muum. I'd like to see what all the Kerfuffle was about The Lemon Meringue pie with a flame coloured browned top created in just the right baked consistency of the outer Meringue Shell. The Film had some tragic moments but its inspired me to seek out a cookbook by him..why don't we all have the Aussie Go GO...and get a book within the marked section marked Bcook books bý Nigel Slater...I certainly will tomorrow.
