So many missed opportunities. It would have been better if it had a Knights of the Old Republic vibe to it.

*SPOILER FREE* A very satisfying ending to the Skywalker Saga. I watched with an open mind (as everyone should) and I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of nice surprises and plenty of nostalgia but it naturally has some minor flaws. Some things could have been explained better in the film. I had to do a few google searches after watching to fully understand the whole situation but once it made sense it fits together really nicely! It's such a shame Carrie Fisher died when she did as she would have brought so much more to the story but they made really good use of the footage they had. As I said before I recommend watching with an open mind, then watch all the new trilogy films again so it all fits together, then watch all 9 films for a complete tie in.
