It is a wonderful and magical tale. Some of the things were better than original like ariel is the hero of her own story. In this one she got to fight for herself.

I know its a typical disney remake but it adds more to the story. It shows the relationship between Peter Pan and Captain Hook. The original was a fun movie but this was an emotional take to the story.
