I love this show. I've watched it about 3 times. The extraordinary real health theme really hit home for me. Redoing how you walk, sleep, eat stand, sit, diet, exercise. Omg a complete redo and proper way of addressing 100% of your well-being and health. It addressed things I've never seen on television ever before. The series made me laugh and cry also. The series even covered bullying, stalking, binge eating, all of the messed up mixed diets out there that can do more harm thsn good, life regrets and on and on - it covered so many human issues like never done before in any other show
