Terrible one liners. Terrible writing. Bad CGI. Not funny. Not interesting. Why do these movies have portray our service members like this? Crazed lunatics trying to kill everyone. The only thing that I was surprised about was the little sister didn’t save the day. Oops sorry for the spoiler.

It’s about time Netflix made a good show again. I wanted to watch this show because of Matthew Goode as I think he is a great actor. I am glad I did. This should be a longer show because the characters need a little more time on screen to develop as 9 episodes are not enough. Fast passed and exciting. It’s full of interesting characters with twists and turns. I would probably watch this again as shows in the past few years are not worth rewatching but this is. I am sure I missed something somewhere in an episode or two.

Tina Fey is still not funny. I watched it just for Steve Carell. And I don’t want to spoil it but I will not be watching any other seasons. If you have seen it then you know why. Colman Domingo was funny as are the other characters.

I finally watched The Whale in early 2025 and think this is one of the best movies I have seen in a few years. I was completely surprised and too overwhelmed. I was so moved. The performances were above what I could have guessed they were going to be.
