I read this book when it first came ,I was in Calgary Alberta bought it from a book shop along with 'grunts'.
I was so riveted by it that I couldn't put it down, I was supposed to go to a party I could hear the phone ringing and the girl calling me to 'pick up the phone'..... I just couldn't put the book down .......!!! Great read...
