Date and time for surgical strike is fixed first, then a team to conduct strikes gets identified, then they go on finding the surveillance tools, then they find the targets! I guess the sequence should have been reverse actually. This 'army' team has no commander, NSA chief himself commands off the field remotely! Maybe director should have watched Zero Dark Thirty to learn how to make such movies even with propaganda. But anyway audience loved the movie!
