I really enjoy this and the entire Chicago series programs. They have always kept me watching, but recently the end film finishing has changed. The problem I've noticed recently is for viewers who I cannot hear well enough and rely on closed caption being available are being shorted. What the heck has happened with this part of the presentations? This latest series only a bit over half of the program has closed captioning available. One would think as popular the Chicago series are, the producers would not disappoint the entire viewership by skimping on having quality in a reliable closed captioning service making it enjoyable for everyone to enjoy. >Disappointed hearing impaired old veteran...
