Liam Neeson’s movies are often underated because of a couple of comments he made that upset the politically correct woke culture protagonists that control Hollywood. However because he still makes them money he is allowed to continue making movies. While this is not necessarily his best effort in recent times, it is still quite entertaining. After laying the groundwork for the storyline, the movie builds quite nicely and ultimately contrasts what people value and what really matters in life - some good action scenes are combined with a surprise twist hear the end, all making for an enjoyable outing to the movies. Fortunately, I have learned long ago to ignore the Rotten Tomato’s ratings because they only reflect the preferences of the liberal woke culture crowd and many an entertaining movie had faired poorly on their site. Case in point - the marksmsn, also by Liam Neeson was rated well by independent reviewers, but rated poorly on Rotten Tomatoes site because the subject matter had the audacity of presenting the possibility that slack border control policies were allowing in crime gangs to America.
