If it is true, that “plot is character in action,” this dark moody black and white train is going nowhere. None of the characters are even remotely appealing. If you’re in it you’re in it for the beautiful, black-and-white cinematography you might be placated other than that there’s not much there.

Two hours and a lunch .. That you’ll never get back Insipid is probably the most glowing term …… I can come up with

Long lingering shots ......way too many dark scenes directors too full of his “own vision” to hold an audience... Don’t waste your time .... and this is a waste of time .

I wouldn’t recommend surrendering two hours of your life to this thing

I have not seen the film this bad since I was a youth Orca.. the killer whale Somebody must’ve kidnapped Pacino‘s family to get him to star in this clunker
