Malcolm Snelling

Used to be a must watch and very entertaining but series 11 is now bordering on dreadful. New support characters are poor replacements for those that have left the show and why is it that whenever a young 'local' is introduced they are given a quasi Northern accent that bears no connection to the West country? Only Sergeant Goodfellow sounds like a Cotswolds native, the character Brenda is irritating both in voice and personality, the storylines are really weak and the whole thing seems now to be produced on a shoestring budget.
