I won't even give this 1 star. Beware all. I bought a beautiful multicoloured jumper (not cheap)described as knitted with pure Mongolian yarn and n all the nicest descriptions. When it arrived I was shocked. It was cheapest product I received. Nylon machine knitted with ugly shape. No tags even. I would not have it for free even. When I got in touch with them, 1st they completely denied that I bought it from them. After much exchange of emails finally they agreed to refund part of it,which I denied to accept. There return policy says full refund but to warn u it's not the case.
