An angsty 12 year old boy could have made a better movie. Everyone saying “it’s for people who use their brain” I am an artist and an incredibly passionate person. The weekend-he just cries the entire movie. Supposed to be about his life but NOTHING from his life happens. He just cries and gets set on fire???? Like he just CRIES THE WHOLE MOVIE and plays his music. He really tried to be symbolic but it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I even kept telling myself over an hour into it- “Just hold on maybe it’ll go somewhere or get good….” I honestly tried till close to the end. It was the most garbage piece of crap my eyes have ever laid on. The ONLY good thing i have to say is there are a couple of really nice visuals. It however does not make up for the absolute boredom my poor brain had to go through. I would rather watch baby shark for two hours. I would rather socialize with people I dislike. I would rather publicly diss Beyoncé. I would rather have ingrown toenails on every single one of my toes. I would rather have itchy teeth. I would rather never wear deodorant again. Lifelong back ache? Sign me up. I would rather listen to Joe Biden read a Game of Thrones book. I would rather miss the season finale of dragon ball z. I would rather donate to jojo Siwa Than have to have witness such a travesty
