I mean, I don't understand the decent rating. The acting isn't awful, although at times the military guys are waaaaay over the top cliche. As a former Recon Marine I guess most wouldn't know better. None of these guys acted military though, ESPECUALLY the drone unit. I can't imagine the Air Force would agree with their portrayal in this film. I suppose to story is decent enough if you can get past all the blunders in everything military though and pretend it isn't supposed to be a military action movie.
