Ok hear me out.. 50% of the show was unnecessary and had me torn and confused but the last few episodes had me in my feelings and in tears. If you have never read the comics (I never did) and prefer more plot, then you only need to watch episodes 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, and 12 through 16. If you prefer to have more background information just watch it all the way through. The first 11 episodes were grudging but necessary for background but the ending proved worth it even though it it felt slightly rushed.
