After enjoying American Primeval on Netflix I was excited to discover Horizon An America Saga, unfortunately my excitement was short lived, it starts with a bizarre thirty plus minutes of bad music jumping from scene to scene with little to no dialogue. It lacks the grittiness of what we’ve come to expect of a good westerns nowadays the costumes are impeccable clean and unbelievable and from time to time there’s a good deal of hammy acting. Just shows even with a great line up of top actors it doesn't always guarantee a hit. Rotten tomatoes is about right 51% out of 100
