Throwing a bunch of progressive music techniques into an album together doesn't make it good. This isn't a masterpiece because it's different, it blows. A7X has established their place in the musical world through they've created but I guess they're done trying to sound good. If they wanted to stray from the mold so much they should've started a new band/project so this cancer of an album wouldn't ruin my perception of their good work. This is coming from someone who listens to bad music too, I understand why sounding interesting can be good. But man this just sounds like a forced attempt to throw as much effects and garbage into one album for the sake of it.
