Finished the 8hr free demo. For the $70 price tag it is not worth it. The game has potential, but there isn't enough to really grab your attention. No swashbuckling, just slowly cruising around with a boat that has a stupid stamina bar that only serves to slow you down. Quests are almost all fetch and retrieve. Limited character creation options, and even the boat cosmetics appear limited, failure for a RPG in this day and age. Black Flag is a better pirate game. Maybe they'll turn it around with patches or expansions, but as is...nope.
