We used the second edition of this book to study the concept of servant leadership in the Leadership 4 Seminar (Ashesi University). Kent, referencing Robert Greenleaf, gave many definitions as to what servant leadership is, who a servant leader is, and the impact servant leaders make in the community. After reading this book, I have a stronger sense of who a servant leader should be and have developed a different mindset as to what true leadership means. True leadership in my definition now is service! Service to humanity. I hope you enjoy the book as much as my colleagues and I did.
