The story was very different, yet a little familiar at the same time. I found myself quickly and easily invested in the main character and could almost feel what she was feeling. At times I felt my heart beating just a little faster anticipating what comes next. The author skillfully gives a satisfying ending while still leaving a little bit of mystery. I highly recommend this book and look forward to the next book by Aimee Hardy.
