This is film about man playing God. It works in a limited time, but at the end it is discovered that man is man and not God. this is the happy ending. In the film, as in the real life, many people not only make a good leaving serving a God-like leader, and many, many also adore him. In the film only one person, Sylvia played by the British actor Natascha McElhone realized tells Tru(e)man the true that he is part of a TV show. The film reminds me of the powerful play, the Rhinoceros by Eugene Ionesco.
