Downright awful film. Just another cash grab that was sloppily put together. I mean come on? Did you even try to make the plot make sense? A bunch of useless characters who have the IQ of a bag of rocks. Leatherface, a man who is mentally disabled, has more brain cells than all of them combined. And what's with all these political things like the confederate flag and school shootings? Almost seems like they were afraid to not include them even though it was completely unnecessary. Like hey, let's add a black character to our movie and MAKE SURE we bring up racism so we don't get canceled for being anti-black! Don't you see how stupid that sounds? Also, Sally waited all that time to kill Leatherface and you're telling me she had him at point-blank range and let him WALK-OFF???? Absolutely stupid. And what happened to Leatherface's family? Do they just cease to exist in this film? He's all of a sudden in an orphanage that he was taken care of since he was young? I didn't pay to watch this film but I'm honestly thinking about demanding a refund.
