From its release I heard it was getting poor reviews, so I held off on watching it til now and I can see why it’s a bit of a flop. The writing, dialogue and acting all had numerous moments of being quite bad or cringey or just plain unbelievable, and some of the accents were very poor and so obviously fake. Certain actors I think were not a good casting choice as either they’re not convincing in the role or they just not particularly good actors. The good points though; Most of the action and stunts were fun and I thought the cgi animals looked pretty decent. But this isn’t a film I’ll watch again. Also, reading some of the other reviews makes me wonder if they were paid for.

Genuinely a great game! True SW fans know what’s up.

It started reasonably well, then lost its vigour after 15-20 mins. In the end I though the bloopers (during the credits) was the best of it. Although I do applaud other film industries outside of Hollywood/America trying to improve their sci-fi film making.

Just bloody brilliant, especially for an Australian production. Gritty and personal. Great acting, direction and cinematography.

From start to finish this movie never really makes sense or links together properly.

I just couldn’t see past the terrible acting and poorly written dialogue, bad attempts at cgi blood spray/splatter and fight choreography also make it hard to appreciate the storyline if indeed any of it is true.
