By relating biblical truths and providing practical help, this book addresses the root cause of our addiction to food — trying to obtain satisfaction from things apart from God that can never truly satisfy. It brings to light the lies of the enemy that indulging in food will bring comfort and fulfilment. Only Jesus can bring lasting satisfaction. Highly recommended.
