An absolute RIOT of a film. The first half and the second half are very different. At times I was thinking wtf is going on here and other times I was thinking this is just stupid. By the end, I was truly blown away.
There has been a very distinct lack of innovation in modern cinema of late and this film has given me a new optimism for the future of Hollywood. This was a bold move in a stale game. It's not perfect but it's fun.
Creative script, engaging progression, talented cast, no pandering to 'modern audiences'. Honestly, very refreshing.
I'm really not a horror fan but this was great.
