I had to file multiple claims for different products over and over again , then more messages requesting more pictures and info, and after all that, I receive a message saying oh we are sorry we can't return your items and you can contact customer support. That was my first and will be my last order from this company. And yes, I am writing a Big review about the wish company. I can get better products and guaranteed easy returns from Amazon.
