The disturbing trend of the Disney+ Star Wars series is they are cookie cutter. The Bad Batch, The Mandalorian, and Kenobi have the exact same plot. Outsider/rejected member of a dispersed group - (Clones, Mandalorians, and Jedi) have to protect a small child with special powers. There is a group (The Empire) that want the small child for nefarious reasons. The protagonists must recruit others to help stave off the baddies.
The only positive of Kenobi is that it was not boring...for context, I couldn't make it past the first 30 minutes of episode 1 of Book of Boba Fett.
I completely understand why John Boyega (Finn) stated emphatically he wouldn't be seen in a Disney+ feature.
In the end - Not horrible. Did it rekindle my child like wonder of the original trilogy? No.
