Whom ever was the military advisor must have been on vacation. The COB, a master Chief is wearing LT collar device. The CO has LTCDR shoulder boards but wears CDR collar device. Basically all the uniforms were all jacked up. I don’t think it was supposed to be a comedy but I couldn’t pay attention to all the technical flaws. No collar devices are worn on choker whites
