Definitely life-changing. Perfect time to read it after the worst year of my life to find true and more thoughtful healing than any other source could offer. It has helped me desire to turn back to my Savior. I encourage everyone to read it, regardless of their current trials or marital circumstances. Highly recommend for all Christians but especially members of the Church of Jesus Christ.
