Remember when Sam Raimi snuck a horror scene (doc ocks "birth") into spiderman 2? Well disney gave him the go ahead to make a marvel horror and the results were phenomenal. Some people might be turned off by how apparent Raimi's style of film making is throughout the movie but overall it's easily one of the MCU's best. The Illuminati scene alone will have people ranting for months.
