I will never read this book. This book was written by Beverly Ann Dixon aka Ravenfeather who at the time lived in Trenton NJ and was a foster/adoptive mother to me, my sister, and my 2 foster sisters. During the making of this book we were abused, beaten, starved, made to live in storage rooms in the attic with mattress on milk crates with no electricity, made to live in the basement where she would lock us in. Only being allowed to take cold showers. Being stripped naked and beaten in front of our other siblings for nothing. She stages a robbery to have me and my foster sisters robbed. She even had then Rob or next door neighbors John and Ruth. I'll never forget. I can't believe I just found out today if all days, which happens to be my birthday (9/6/24) that this woman actually published this damn book. If you only knew the things this evil woman did to the 5 of us!! You will reap what you sow Beverly!!!
