It went from mediocre to just plain bad in the last 2 episodes. What a waste of time, money, everything. Do better. Horrible.

The horrible plot was only superseded by Alexandra Karlsson Tyrefors' bad acting. Melisa Ferhatovic did a decent job. No one else. Don't waste time on this one.

First Wes Anderson I'm disappointed in. Star cast's talent was killed with the stupid pace of the dialogue. The movie goes nowhere. I can't see how anybody else except Anderson would think it's a decent movie considering the extreme self-indulgence. Tom Hanks performance was the only redeeming thing.

It had potential but lost its way. Had it not been for the burning scene at the tenents, I may have given it 4.

A great movie in a year of great movies. Perhaps not worthy of the palm d' or in a year with Elvis, The Banshees, Women talking, but a very powerful movie. Definitely watch it before any mediocre mainstream stuff. It's like Titanic meets Lord of the Flies, meets Castaway, with a lot of thrills. Great direction.

Its did not deserve an Oscar nomination to be honest. It would have been better as a 100-minute movie. Pretty standard stuff.
