Well I immediately found the story intriguing. Japanese culture and a young American. The film style and direction is excellent. Only at the credits did I learn this is directed by none other than Michael Mann. It is excellent, tempo is proper for a developing series...stressing and uncomfortable at times. I can’t wait for the next episode.
