So many critics complaining that it is cheesy, but honestly I think this is something that the world can use nowadays. The world is stressful enough, I prefer my entertainment to be a relief and escape from that, and this show is that exact sort of thing. Also people complaining they can’t understand the characters, subtitles exist and that is just southern accents sometimes. The show does remind me of other shows, but shocker, that it most media nowadays, everything imitating something else. I honestly didn’t notice the laugh track because my family and I were laughing right along. I think people can be so difficult about letting some things in this world exist for simple enjoyment, instead of having to exert some sort of agenda on people. Entertainment like this is truly an opportunity to just take a break from the chaos of the world and just enjoy watching something cute and maybe a little cheesy. If you can’t just enjoy that, than just move along and let the people that do have their peace. The show is sweet and heartwarming and the musicians and songs add to the appeal. Hoping they make a cast album with the songs sung in the show!
