I don't kow why this got such bad reviews and was a box office failure. i thought it was very entertaining, the writing was clever and often funny, there was plenty of action and the right kind, not gross violence; and was in every other way a fun and exciting movie.

Am embarrassment. Jason, really enjoyed most of his films, but this one...phew. How did he allow himself.

Started watching it, thinking a horror movie, the parasite devours humans. But it's some sort of family drama, couldn't get into it. I suspect the movie is so famous because the people bought tickets thinking it was about that virus scare. Even if they then walked out, the ticket purchases still registered. At least it's surely better than super heroes and car chases.
