I enjoyed the movie. Some say lack in plot but it’s still a good watch especially for a thriller. Definitely a one time watch but so are other movies. I will say I found it after looking through so many other options that I have seen before.

Edit: so after watching the full show the ending left me confused and mad. It’s like they just ran out of ideas lol even thoughts. I definitely will be bringing the 4 stars down to 2. I did still enjoy it like I did the rest of the short series they have created over the years. as a fan I gave them all a chance and will for future shows as well. I just wish this show gave MORE especially the last 2 episodes. — So far the show is good I can see it going somewhere so I’ll give it more time but with that being said… The fact that the show just came out with only 3 episodes and there’s so many 1 stars.. like maybe give the show some time and actually watch it MOST shows typically start out slow to build up characters. Now we are all allowed to have our own opinions but did some of you even give it a solid try before rating/judging?? Also it seems most of the 1 star comments NEVER read the comic books 🫣 I mean come on! Someone mentioned not liking Riri because she wasn’t showing emotion and being upset/ attitude after they only watched 15-20 minutes into the first episode and it’s just like well if you would have finished the episode you would know why! Everyone grieves differently from death. 😩 Now lastly the people mentioning race and saying this is just another way to show Black girl magic like just stop her character has ALWAYS been Black! Again pick up the comic. I feel like a lot of Marvel “fans” truly aren’t Marvel fans…..

Possible spoilers - Lead actress was great she definitely carried the movie and made me feel fear/scared for her or even just intrigued. Everything and everyone else not so much. By the end your just left thinking 🤔. Only one person talked the entire movie and it was in another language which subtitles did not translate. Does he live somewhere else were people can actually talk and not have to worry about the things in the woods? 🤷🏽‍♀️ who knows you only get a short few minutes of that although he drove many many miles away from the crazy people via car somehow she manages to be right back near them moments later. Honestly I was confused from the start. What her and her boyfriend trying to run away from the cult in the woods and that’s how it ended up being the cult vs lead actress??? Is she a prophecy of doom as painting in their wall?? Idk the story doesn’t touch on much. It’s all just confusing 🤦🏾‍♀️

What doesn’t shock me is that reading these reviews and a certain group of people are still calling him TYLER his dang name is TYREL !! The name of the movie sheesh how hard is that!?!? Just proving the uncomfortableness in this movies. There are certain things people can say and should not say to someone they don’t even know and this movie is a prime example of that. I’ll say we’re Tyrel messed up is drinking with a bunch of people he didn’t know and staying when he felt uncomfortable/unwelcome. The durag joke was just the icing on the cake for me. This film is filed with lots of examples of microaggression.

Went to the first to see fan event and I can say This movie was amazing and very entertaining! Not sure why it’s getting 1 stars. But anywho If you’re a horror movie lover you’ll like this movie especially if you enjoyed the first one. The acting was amazing a lot of jump scares a lot of blood. Don’t be late to the movie or you’ll miss a nice video. The main character of this movie really had me on edge great acting skills. I honestly could watch it again 😅

Amazing movie laughed just about every minute of the movie.

Honestly couldn’t get past the middle of second episode. Gave the first episode a try it was not as funny as the reviews mention. I personally may have chuckled once or twice. It’s like they just put all their adult swim shows together in one or at least used the same writers. I thought this would be something completely new/different but I guess not. If the pun of a name in the show is funny to you then I guess this is the show for you.
