I had read the book so I was intrigued to see how the film would play out. This was brilliantly filmed, characters were intriguing and the storyline dramatising the effects of war was brilliantly told. I’m always skeptical about films being described as masterpieces but this was an exception. I cannot speak highly enough of how excellent this film was
