I also wasted my time reading "Toms" review and I wish I hadn't cause that might have been the dumbest review I've ever read. Anyway, I thought the movie was great. I was pleasantly surprised and it was surprisingly moving. It's intense, unnerving, and also very human. It was never really what I expected. It's less a film about zombies and more a film about a kid facing a very human experience that happens to take place in a zombie apocalypse.

Don't get me wrong, this is a terrible movie. But I went into it expecting that, and you know what? I actually found myself enjoying it. Once you embrace the cringe and painful writing and just laugh at it, it's not so terrible. Though I'm not convinced that this wasn't written by a high school film club student.

Is it a great film? Not really. Is it a good ending to the saga? I felt like it definitely was. Stop worrying about everyone's opinion and just enjoy a star wars movie like a kid again. I thought it was great.
