Too many similar scenes, such as the protagonist running away from the issues and not ever confronting. Over use of red flashing lights for horror ambience I guess. The antagonist (spoiler) spirits are constantly tormenting her and at very end are actually grabbing her through walls and floorboards, holding her down, acting super scary just to then ask for help? Way too many missed chances of actual surreal horror and suspense. Main actress just did not hit the mark at any point. “Jack” character that gets killed wasn’t even the guy we thought he was and we had zero chance to understand whether or not he may or may not be - just got dumped in a single scene. You get very little understanding of Sandie throughout, and then all of a sudden she’s actually a protagonist but also still went through what Ellie saw in her visions? Idk what to think about Sandie now..? Overall just a poor execution of an actually very interesting idea. I don’t know what to think, just seemed bitterly laze in the story writing. 👎👎👎
