What starts out as a decent premise- starship captain goes rogue and violates the prime directive, is completely derailed by the final act descending into shameless chest beating jingoism of the worst kind.For any non American watching it will cause one of three reactions, annoyance, uncontrollable laughter or an intense need to vomit.
For those who have not watched this episode I will not give away any plot detail, just have a sick bag to hand for the last 20 minutes that's all.

Don't go and watch Birds of Prey if you are a fan of the comic from which this movie takes its inspiration. There are very few similarities and for me the film suffers as a result. It's not that Birds of Prey is a bad movie, it's just that I went in with certain expectations as these were not met.The whole film seems to have been conceived as a vehicle for the Harley Quinn character and as such should have had a different title.All in all a missed opportunity.

A witty and contempory take on Dickens' classic. Staying mainly true to its source material it's talented cast seem to be having a blast with their characters. I have not enjoyed a Dickens adaptation so much in a long time.
