The Witcher is a great show. I know the books and the games well. The way Netflix weaves the narrative taken from the first two books in Sapkowski's novels it refreshing and brilliant. The show also is very well done and the acting superb. I keep reading about how some compare it to GOT and LOTR, which is disingenuous. The Witcher is a dark fantasy carved out by a brilliant writer who weaves his short stories narrative into a truly epic world building and adventurous endeavors, which then becomes an epic saga.
