I watched this movie last night with the expectation that it was going to be "Meh" at best and I did not end up disappointed with that expectation. The acting of the star can be compared to that of Kristen Stewart and that's not to say it was good. The story itself had a few nice twists but the general scope of it was lackluster at best. A few battle scenes which highlighted the newfound powers of Captain Marvel were indeed eye-catching but anything else where Brie Larson was not in the scene held much more amusement. Can it be said that she is the most powerful and respected female superhero? Absolutely not, that mantle is worn by Wonder Woman. Putting social justice aside, this movie can be watched if you wanna have a normal night out and can't watch anything else, but once the hype dies down, the boring plot and stone face acting by the main star (it's Co-stars and supporting characters were great however), will make this film reach a level of "Meh" in which it will just turn into a minor supporting pillar for the movie we are all waiting to see, Endgame.
