Watched the first episode of season 14 and it was seriously so bad it was borderline unwatchable. It’s ridiculous as it is literally all about the bloody coaches now they had like 4 singers in a whole 90 minute episode. The contestants would sing for 1 minute and then all you would here for the next 15 mins was Richard Marx bragging about his connections “I’ve produced for Madonna and Cher” blah blah blah like anyone cares. And then Melanie C would just yell “I’m a bloody spice girl”. And that was basically the episode. Don’t watch.

Absolutely loving this season of Australian Idol – 5 stars all the way! The show has truly raised the bar, with an incredible calibre of contestants showcasing mind-blowing talent week after week. Each performance feels like a grand finale, and it’s clear the competition is stacked with future stars. The judges have been fantastic too – offering the perfect mix of constructive critique, encouragement, and charisma. Their chemistry adds to the overall entertainment, and their insights genuinely help the contestants grow. It’s refreshing to see a panel that’s both knowledgeable and passionate about discovering Australia’s next big music sensation. Overall, Australian Idol has nailed it this season – from production quality to talent and judging, it’s must-watch TV!

I had high hopes for this movie before it was released. The trailers looked fantastic with the characters (Snow White and the Evil Queen), and don’t even get me started on the set design. Phenomenal! However, I felt greatly let down by the storyline and overall flow execution of this movie. While I mostly like Rachel Ziegler’s performance as Snow White, there were parts in the movie that were so cringe that it was hard to pick up the storyline that they were bringing across in that moment. I don’t think they executed the romantic scenes well, the kissing scenes between Snow White and the ‘prince’ were really obviously staged and tensely unrealistic. Multiple character choices in the film left me dissatisfied. Firstly, THE DWARFS!! They used CGI to make these little guys, and while I think they did look alright, why not cast actors with dwarfism instead, as it would hold the authentication and nostalgia of the film, and make them seem more real. I also would have liked to see them be more central characters in the film, as they seem very much as background characters which I believe comes down to the writers going in the wrong direction and trying to modernise this classic to much. Which subsequently, negatively affected the final result. The pacing and storyline timing was also very poorly done. I felt like for most of the movie I was just sitting, waiting for it to get good and for it to properly kick off but it never did. This is by far most evident in when Snow White is staying with the dwarfs. Give us more of her living with them please, as I feel like she just goes in there, sings a song and then leaves. Honestly, I was giving the movie a solid chance as I wanted to like it, but about half way through I couldn’t lie to myself anymore. It was cringy cheesy crap for the most part. Slow paced, mostly weird and forgettable songs, and great lack of character development which makes it feel so distant from the original. I will say, due to all the hype Disney has given it, if you went to see it, you WILL BE DISAPPOINTED on some level.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this movie. The storyline was top notch, having it be told to Simba and Nala’s daughter. I also loved that they were able to incorporate younger versions of many favourite characters including Zazu and Raficki. With Mufasa, Scar and Sarabi taking centre stage throughout most of the movie. The soundtrack and song were very catchy, and I can see some of them going viral in the future. I love how they still included original characters that weren’t involved in the told story, including Simba, Nala, Pumbaa and Timon. Overall fantastic movie and I definitely recommend watching.

The Amazing Race is such an entertaining and great show. I've watched one season with regular people and both the celebrity edition seasons. The cast is always diverse with entertaining contestants. And it's great to see that they can get a decent callibrer of celebrities to compete in the show. I expect that they will go back to a normal season next year, and I will definitely continue watching.

Absolutely fantastic movie/musical. I hadn't seen the original mean girls movie before watching this remake so I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away. There were songs in it but I especially liked that they didn't overpowerthe overall storyline with music, which is often the case with musical films. The acting was fantastic and it was a perfect amount of cheesy to really enhance the chic flick genre they were going for. It was also great to see Lindsay Lohan make an appearance in this remake. Overall this movie definitely made me want to watch the original, which I think was the goal for the producers. I highly recommend watching.

Definitely a win for me. I simply have no complaints about this incredible film which is why it receives a 5 star rating in my opinion. The acting/ actors were fantastic, Timothee Chalamet as Willy Wonka, Hugh Grant as the Oompa Loompa, as well as Rowan Atkinson, Matt Lucas and Sally Hawkins in significant roles really mad the film entertaining, funny and just all round enjoyable. It is so clever the way that they have taken the original iconic story and put their own spin on it, making a prequel surrounding the upbringing career of Wonka, the character we all know and love. The sets and music was incredible and great for kids and adults of all ages. Overall, highly recommend.

Absolutely up there with the WORST movie I have ever seen. I have not seen many marvel movies and are not very familiar with the whole storyline with all the characters, but I thought it would be a sort of collation that would involve a storyline with all the iconic marvel characters, but I was left immensely disappointed. For someone that was just wanting to watch a easy to view film, this was appalling. The storyline is way to back and forth and does not flow fluidly whatsoever. It is very hard to understand what was even going on at any sort of time, especially for me who is not a person who has willingly seen all the marvel movie and no the characters. Overall, do not at all recommend, waste of time and money.
