I recently read "The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History" by Michael Hart, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. As someone who is interested in history and the impact of individuals on the course of human events, I found this book to be both informative and thought-provoking. One of the things that impressed me most about the book was the author's meticulous research and attention to detail. It is clear that he put a great deal of time and effort into selecting and ranking the individuals on his list, and his choices are well-supported by historical evidence and analysis. Of particular interest to me were the author's inclusion of two figures from Islamic history, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Hazrat Umar. As a Muslim, I was pleased to see these individuals recognized for their significant contributions to human history and their lasting impact on the world. I believe that the author's inclusion of these figures demonstrates his commitment to a fair and unbiased appraisal of history, and his willingness to look beyond cultural and religious biases in order to recognize the accomplishments of individuals from all walks of life. Overall, I would highly recommend "The 100" to anyone with an interest in history or the influence of individuals on human events. It is a well-written and thoroughly researched book that provides a fascinating look at some of the most significant figures in human history. Michael Hart has done an excellent job in selecting and ranking these individuals, and his book is sure to spark discussion and debate among readers.
