This movie isn't anything special. Props to Jenna Ortega and Percy Hynes White for their performance, they're the only reason I could finish this movie. The dialogue sucks and sounds like something out of a Wattpad fanfiction, and despite Barnes and Remi dating for a whole summer they never make it past this awkward tension between them. The plot is underwhelming the movie is predictable, and not predictable in the way everyone enjoys. Would have been better with a longer run time and more developed plot.
