This film is dull. Loner inventor with mousy love interest. Nonsensical robot that goes through puberty. Cringe making exposition to a (sometimes ignored, sometimes acknowledged camera crew.) What is this film trying to be? For something supposed to be heart warming, I just found it cliché ridden with all the usual ‘quirky comedy’ tropes- there is nothing original and I found it really irritating. This kind of film has been made a thousand times, just stop now.
